Videography:  Pricing starts at $25 per head.  This covers capturing footage that shows a side shot of an animal moving and basic editing which is rotating, cropping, minor adjustments in the lighting and uploading the video to the Internet.  For an additional fee, multiple scenes from different angles can be provided, such as a front and rear shot of an animal walking. 

Video Catalog:  A high quality video catalog can be provided to professionally display all of the videos together.  This video catalog will allow viewers to play and watch all of the videos continuously in a certain order, or allow the viewers to select and choose the video they want to watch.  There is a fee of $5 per head for this service. 

Cost Savings:  Some live Internet and online auction companies charge a fee to upload videos not taken by those companies to their respective websites.  With this video catalog there is no need for those companies to upload the videos taken by this company.  An Internet link will be provided to you or whomever will host your auction. A Different Approach:  Multiple Scenes from different angles can increase sales.  Many videos only show a side shot.  Most of the time a side shot is sufficient.  However, there are times when showing multiple scenes of an animal in a video can be beneficial.  When a video shows front and rear shots, buyers may have more confidence to bid without ever seeing an animal in person. 

The Correct Strategy Depends on Your Market.  For example, if a rancher has a strong bull market where many of the customers will be at the sale and many of those customers primarily use EPDs to make their buying decision, then perhaps a video of a side shot on most of the bulls is all that is necessary.  When buyers are more interested in the phenotype of the animal, live farther away and cannot attend the auction, then videos of bulls that show multiple scenes may be beneficial.  Additional fees are charged for the time to capture and edit front and rear shots.
